OUR STORY
Made by hand. Served with heart
OLiVA was born in 2013, when I decided to leave the world of science and research behind and turn my lifelong passion for cooking into something of my own.
After culinary school, where I studied baking and pastry, I kept coming back to what I had loved for years: pizza. Since I was 18, Sunday nights have meant making pizza for friends and family.
When I realized I couldn’t find the kind of pizza I truly loved in Houston, I decided to create it myself — and share authentic Neapolitan-style pizza with the city I call home.
