Old World Wood Fired Pizza
The things we enjoy most in life are the simplest ones, and pizza is no exception. Our pizza is made with only four ingredients, flour, water, yeast and salt. We mix them together and leave it to ferment in cold temperature for 48 hs. This process gives our crust a unique flavor profile. We then top our pizzas with the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on and then bake them in a wood fired oven at 900 degrees. The result is a soft, tender and flavorful pizza that you can savor in the comfort of your back/front yard or any location you choose.
